Huntington Village, on Long Island, is coming together using art, to bring awareness to the new social distancing protocols in public. To that end, a newly formed Huntington Business Recovery Task Force will be assigning artists to local individual storefronts to create art, themed around the positive attitude of wearing your mask in public. The C.D.C. recommends cloth face coverings are most likely to reduce the spread of COVID-19 when they are widely used by people in public settings. To be considered as a featured artist for this program OR to volunteer your storefront to be added to the Masks on Main Art Crawl, please contact masksonmain.huntington@gmail.com no later than August 21st, 2020.
