Derek Adam is an upcoming New York artist that blends guitar driven rock with alternative and country music. Originally from upstate NY, Derek relocated to the NYC area after graduating Crane School of Music. As luck would have it, it wasn’t long before he met James “Jimmy T” Meslin, the Grammy winning engineer for Dream Theater, and recorded his first EP, “Silver Lining”. The album was released in late 2021 and produced the infectious single, “The Circle”.  Shortly thereafter, he teamed up with Kyle Berry, the original guitar player for Luke Bryan. The two recorded 3 singles that were released in April 2022 including the anthemic ballad, “The Road I Know”.  Since releasing music, Derek and his band have played constantly throughout the NYC area and have even garnered local radio support. Although new on the scene, Derek is quickly leaving a mark with his guitar prowess and high energy….
