THE STRUTS have an unapologetic balls-to-the-wall, glam-meets-rock’n’roll sound, with influences like Queen, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and Def Leppard. Luke Spiller's talent as a frontman was often noted by the press and reviews described him as "a force of nature" and as a "physical, mesmerizing entertainer... vocally strong, expressive and blessed with excellent range". Spiller's looks and stage presence led Roger Goodgroves of Get To The Front to describe him as "the musical love child of Freddie Mercury and Mick Jagger" In just a few years, The Struts have found themselves massively embraced by some of the greatest icons in rock-and-roll history. Along with opening for The Rolling Stones, The Who, and Guns N’ Roses, the U.K.-bred four-piece was hand-picked by Mötley Crüe to serve as the supporting act for their last-ever performances, while Dave Grohl praised them as the best band to ever open for Foo Fighters.
